Spaghetti with Ground Tofu

1 pkg Nasoya Firm Tofu, crumbled
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 – 4 cups spaghetti sauce
In a skillet, sauté green pepper, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until onion is golden. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, blend tofu, bread crumbs and cheese until somewhat creamy. Add vegetables from skillet to tofu mixture. Shape into 8 patties, coat lightly on both sides with cornmeal. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Sauté patties approximately 2 minutes until golden brown. Spoon heated spaghetti sauce over patties, or have it on the side for dipping.
