In a pot, bring 1 cup of water (230ml) of water and Katsuo Soup Base to a boil. Add udon noodles and toppings and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!

Microwave Directions – Place udon noodles, Katsuo Soup Base, topping & 1 cup of water in a microwave safe dish. Cover and heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir well and enjoy.
