2022 Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit

Pulmuone Foods USA was a platinum sponsor at the 2022 Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit. The Culinary Institute of America staged a ground-breaking gathering, held at the CIA’s Copia campus in Napa Valley, California. The summit welcomed chefs, foodservice operators, and experts in food, flavor development, cooking, agriculture and food production, media, and food system transformation from around the world.
The Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit is inspired by Worlds of Flavor International Conference & Festival as well as Menus of Change, a joint initiative of the CIA and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Department of Nutrition. Pulmuone partnered with Buddhist monk, Jeong Kwan, from Netflix’s Chef’s Table, Korean-American chef and restaurateur, Judy Joo, and Joanne Lee Molinaro of the Korean Vegan, to create delicious plant-based recipes.
