This privacy policy describes the privacy practices of Pulmuone U.S.A., and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Pulmuone Foods USA, Nasoya Foods USA, Wildwood Organic, Emerald Valley Kitchen and Monterey Gourmet Foods (collectively, “Pulmuone”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). In this policy, you can learn what kind of information we collect, when and how we might use that information, how we protect the information, and the choices you have with respect to your personal information.

It also tells you how you can access and update your information and make certain choices about how your information is used. The Privacy Policy covers both our “online” (e.g., web and mobile services, including any web sites operated by us and mobile applications, however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise) and “offline” (e.g., collection of data through mailings, telephone, or at in person events) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by us. Web server logs: When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites. We also may use other Google Analytics tools, such as Demographics and Interest Reporting, which enable us to learn more about the characteristics and interests of the users who visit our site, and Remarketing with Google Analytics, which enables us to provide relevant advertising on different websites and online services. Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: When you provide your email address, we will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our products and our Services. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from us or by contacting us directly as set forth at the end of this Privacy Policy. Despite opting out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms and Agreement or Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track: Our web services do not alter, change, or respond upon receiving Do Not Track (DNT) requests or signals in browsers. As described in more detail above, we track user activity using web server logs, cookies and similar technologies. Information collected in web server logs helps us analyze website usage and improve the user’s experience. Cookies allow us to offer you a customized experience and present relevant advertising to you.

How We Protect Personally Identifiable Information

We take certain appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures. We shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties.

California residents may submit requests for information regarding their personal information and/or for the deletion of their personal information from our systems. You may make up to two requests in a 12-month period. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.
