Ingredients

  • 1 package Gochujang Plantspired Steak, cooked according to package instructions   
  • 4 cups crispy lettuce  
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved 
  • 1 cup pickles of choice 
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced 
  • 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits 
  • 2 cups tater tots, air fried  

Burger sauce: 

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar gochucha
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric 
  • granulated sugar, if needed to taste 

Preparation

  1. To make the sauce: whisk together all ingredients.
  2. To assemble the bowls, place 1 cup of lettuce into each bowl. Make sure the bowls you use are large enough to fit all of the ingredients.
  3. Divide the rest of the ingredients evenly between the bowls.
