  • Cucumbers
  • Nuts
  • Mini Peppers
  • Grapes
  • Watermelon Radish
  • Pomegranate
  • Dragon Fruit
  • Kiwi
  • Popcorn
Vanilla Coconut Tofu Protein Balls
  • 3 tablespoons Nasoya Firm Tofu, pressed then mashed
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, packed
  • Handful of old-fashioned oats
  • 1-2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Assemble snacks of your choice on a board and enjoy.
  2. Vanilla Coconut Tofu Protein Balls - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, mashing gently with your hands. Add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, add a teaspoon or more of water if the dough is too thick. Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls and refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes). Roll the protein balls in coconut flakes.
