Teriyaki Tofu Tacos

  • 1 package Nasoya TofuBaked Teriyaki
  • 6 corn tortillas 
  • Fresh greens of your choosing 
  • Pineapple salsa
  • Lime 
  • Purple cabbage, shredded 
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup vegan sour cream 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • 1 ½ tbsp lime juice 
  • 1 clove garli

Preparation

  1. To make avocado crema: add avocado, vegan sour cream, salt, lime juice, and garlic to food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. To char tortillas: Heat a dry pan. Place tortilla in pan for 45 seconds or until browned. Flip and repeat on other side.
  3. Slice TofuBaked lengthwise. Pan-fry with a drizzle of oil until lightly seared.
  4. Assemble tacos to your liking!
